I’m Carlos Custódio, a Product Designer specialized in enterprise UX and complex systems for fintech, B2B and SaaS.
Open to new projectsI started in 2009 as a graphic designer, moved into web design and front-end, and found my place in UX and product design. That path still shapes how I work: I care about the craft and I understand how things get built.
Over the years I’ve designed digital financial platforms across mobile apps, internet banking and backoffice, as well as ITSM, low-code and AI products, corporate investment banking, ticketing and agribusiness platforms.
I work across the whole arc: user research and usability testing, information architecture and critical flows, design systems built from scratch, and close alignment with PMs, engineers and stakeholders until it ships.
